Before I arrived, I was honestly wondering why this place had a 10/10 rating on Booking.com. After staying here, I completely understood why. I had a wonderful stay with this lovely family in Tbilisi. The place was very clean, comfortable, and truly made me feel like I was at home. The furniture may not be luxurious, but the warmth, kindness, and hospitality of the family made the experience very special. The location is excellent, and everything was easy and convenient. What I appreciated the most was their kindness and generosity — even when I was leaving, they were so thoughtful and offered to take me to the airport. A very clean, welcoming, and home-like place with wonderful hosts. I would definitely recommend staying here.

离公交车站和地铁站不算很近，不过步行能到很多景点

Ich hatte einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Janashia in Tiflis. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – sehr zentral, sodass man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Zimmer selbst war hervorragend: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem großen, bequemen Bett ausgestattet, in dem man hervorragend schlafen konnte. Besonders angenehm war auch das eigene Badezimmer, das ebenfalls in einwandfreiem Zustand war. Was meinen Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war die Gastfreundschaft der Familie Janashia. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

We had a wonderful stay in joniskera. The location was excellent—we barely needed to use taxis because everything was within walking distance, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Our hosts, Kristi and Mzia, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their hospitality made a big difference in our experience. The room was very clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed—from a hair dryer to a microwave and even an iron. It felt very convenient and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in every way. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
