"Good location, nice manager/proprietor, everything OK."

Location on the outskirts of Ioannina next to the Perama Cave, no problem to get to Ioannina proper and finding some parking for the evening. We were kindly offered a better room than reserved without any extra charge. Parking on the property. Everything OK.

No negatives.

We really liked the place. There is a yard with enough parking spaces. A large green meadow. It is located close to Ioannina, but you definitely need a car. The hosts were very responsive. The room is made with style.

We stayed during the May Day holidays, so the price was high. We cannot give an objective assessment, because the prices of accommodation were high everywhere.
