The place was so cozy and romantic with a beautiful view of the water. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. Best place we have stayed so far on our trip.

It was a lovely suite in a great location (and also not far from a seal colony). The hosts were kind and welcoming, the room nicely furnished with a beautiful view. It was clean, good equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. We can only recommend this apartment in the heart of skye.

The uniqueness of the location and the isolation of it

The room was a bit hot from the sunny days. We could have opened the windows to let some fresh air in, but didn't want to let the bugs in as well. Other than that, nothing to say.

"perfect place to stay if you need a comfy bed after a long day of exploring the isle of skye"

as we knew we’d be out exploring Skye most of the time we only really needed a place to sleep and make some tea. kiloran was perfect and a very reasonable price. Neil and his wife were excellent host and very kindly let us store our kayaks round the back when we weren’t taking them out and gave us access to the loch behind the house so we could do some evening paddling:) plus we were treated to homemade cakes everyday which were delicious!
