Everything was very good.

On arrival we received a hearty welcome from both Martin and Margaret. They showed us to our room which was at the top of the house, with sloping ceilings and an amazing view of Carbis Bay. The room was charming and spotlessly clean, it had a very comfy bed and lovely bed linen. There is plenty of choice for breakfast - which was cooked fresh to order - and delicious. The location was amazing - 5 mins down the local path to the beach and there was plenty of parking. Margaret and Martin were full of local knowledge and tips and did everything with a smile. We would return there again in a heartbeat.

Goede locatie met parkeerplaats. Goede kamer met tuinzicht. Kamers aan de voorzijde hebben zeezicht. Hartelijk ontvangst van Martin en Margreth.

Run by a very warm, friendly and welcoming couple. 5 minute walk down to carbis beach and train station. Really nice full English breakfast.

Excellent hosts, lovely location just what we needed.

The wake up call from the seagulls, unfortunately this can’t be helped.
