La chambre est très petite

Posto dalla vista eccezionale. Buona la cena e prezzi assolutamente onesti e rispettosi del turista. Personale molto gentile che cerca di venire in contro alle esigenze nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche (facilmente arginabili tramite il traduttore). Stanza grande e pulita. Ci siamo trovati molto bene tanto che abbiamo prenotato anche per un'altra notte un paio di giorni dopo.

Unica pecca le docce e il water contigui per cui se si faceva la doccia si bagnava anche il water.

Прекрасный вид на гору Ушба — просто захватывает дух. Персонал очень добрый и отзывчивый, встречают как дома с теплом и искренним гостеприимством спасибо им за это. Завтрак вкусный, грузинский по-домашнему всё свежее, натуральное и с душой. Особенно приятно начинать утро с чаем или кофе на фоне гор. Воздух здесь кристально чистый и свежий, дышится легко, как нигде. Место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

这个旅馆不在镇子上，离小镇40分钟开车，但是我觉得住这里更好，风景好。女主人Nana很淳朴友好，我觉得她笑起来像演员Meryl Streep. 住这里好舒服。

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Booking.com. First, I booked my stay through the app. Before my arrival, I contacted the hostess by phone to confirm the reservation, and she confirmed it. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the hostess started acting strangely. She told us the room could not be provided because she believed the price listed on Booking.com was too low. Then, she tried to charge us 70% more than the original price. When I disagreed, she responded not nice and told us we had to either pay the new price or leave. The worst part is that if she had an issue with Booking.com, why did she confirm the booking over the phone? Because of her confirmation, we made the trip to her property—only to be turned away. After that, we had to drive elsewhere to find an honest place to stay. To make matters worse, it was evening, we were exhausted after a long day, and just needed a place to rest. Disgusting and dishonest behavior from the owner.
