Breakfast that was served in the room is exceptional & completed our stay. Thank you so much to Maria❤️…. She is amazing! The villa is located in Firostefani where one can enjoy the sunset. No need to go to crowded Oia to see the sunset Clean room with a beautiful & relaxing view. Restaurants, cafes and shops are located just outside the property. This villa is a perfect accommodation to stay in Santorini - highly recommend. Location is also close to Fira & Imerovigli. Beautiful view right on the door step. I would definitely stay there again. Flora, the owner is the best host I ever had❤️. Very accommodating friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, dear Flora for making our short stay in Santorini memorable.

The location, service, how luxurious the towels & beddings were, decor and cleanliness. The fresh orange juice as part of the breakfast was the icing on the cake. Firostefani is the best part of Santorini and this hotel is perfectly located, close enough to the core of activity but also quiet enough when you need relaxation. The views of the caldera from the rooms and balconies are absolutely incredible. I’m already looking forward to returning with a larger group.

I had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The common area, overlooking the water, was absolutely stunning—pictures do not do it justice. It was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. A special mention to Flora, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotel experiences! From the moment we reached Firostefani Cross with a taxi which was booked for us by sweet Flora, the owner of the property it just kept getting better. She was there to receive us and then guide us to the hotel which is approximately, 2 mins walk from the taxi stand and another 5-7 mins to the Three Bells of Fira, perfectly located away from the city hustle. Though there are plenty of restaurants and shops right outside the hotel, the calmness of the place was so enriching. The main market of Fira is around 1/1.2 km downhill. There were comparatively much fewer steps, which was great. The room, the view and the surroundings were exactly or even better than advertised. Comfy bed, large room, balcony overlooking the sea, the cruises and the volcanic islands, ohh beautiful! Clean sheets, clean towels and bathrobes, a fully stocked bathroom. Complementary water, soft-drinks, chocolates and local wine. Of course collection of tea/coffee with a kettle were there too. TV with Netflix, we enjoyed it. We're recommended a restaurant for lunch 'Taverna Romantica', not one of the best but lovely hosts. We're also given suggestions on sightseeing. Every morning we're served a lovely breakfast in the room (or out on the porch with the sea view), check the pictures. The room was cleaned and the sheets were changed everyday. the housekeeper 'Marieta' was one sweet lady. We enjoyed each and every day of our stay. I'm definitely going back. If you're staying in Firostefani, this is it!

The Aerino Villa is a fantastic place with a great location, breakfast and breathtaking scenery. Flora, who takes care of us, is an excellent host who makes sure that everyone is well taken care of. She even prepares a pack of breakfast for us as we have an early morning flight. It is a kind gesture from her that shows how much she cares for her guests. The room is serene and ideal for those seeking privacy and relaxation, with stunning views to match.

Our stay at Aerino Villas was outstanding and exceeded our expectations- we truly loved everything about this property! Location was perfect and offered great views of the caldera, no need to go anywhere to enjoy the awesome sunsets. Room itself was spotless, well designed with a window overlooking the caldera. Common space included a hot tub, great places to sit and enjoy awesome views of the caldera and as noted the the famous Santorini sunsets. The property is great however what really made our stay special was the owner/property manager Flora- she is simply amazing and offered family like hospitality throughout our stay including showing up well before sunrise to ensure we had something to eat prior to our early flight the morning we left...what more can you ask for!? The other mornings of our stay started with a perfect breakfast and advice from Flora on the activities of the day. The fridge was also restocked every day with drinks and snacks. Flora and her husband also own the Greek/Mediterranean fast food restaurant right across from the villas, great food and awesome staff there too! We honestly felt like family throughout our time at Aerino and hope we can return sometime in the future- thank you for making our stay so special!

Responsive host. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Away from the noise of Thera, but only a short walk away. Million dollar view, while you relax over a scrumptious breakfast. Flora & Yanni treated us like family. Do yourself favor and go to Yanni’s parents restaurant your first night. You definitely will be back.
