Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival. This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availabilityPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

It had clean bedding and towels about the only thing that was clean.

It was so dirty from floor to ceiling, blinds broken, cig dimp on the windowsill, cobwebs and spiders everywhere, mugs but no spoon, mold and dust which I'm allergic to both so now I've got swelled eyes and covered in spots.

nothing to be liked and never would this place every again

The jollys guest house We arrived the Tuesday 23rd August 2022 and we checked out Monday 29th August 2022 when we booked the room we got told there was parking available but there wasn't parking so we had to find it our self's in a area we didn't know We had trouble from the start The code provided did not work We had to go in to the pub to get a code of the landlady which she gave us one then it took us 20 minutes to get in the door as there must of been something wrong with it . We then went in to the room it was damp and smelly. 6 rooms having to share 2 bathroom is a joke especially when we're having to get up early just so we can get sorted and arrive at work on time. And then on the Friday to sunday We had no sleep at all due to pub been that loud that the room was rumbling and vibrating and we couldn't hear our self's talk the music was going till at least 3.30am
