great location - friendly owners

It was nice and cosy and the gentlemen who greeted us was lovely!

Didn't like the idea that there was a dead spider in the drawer next to my head.

the room was fine, clean, fresh and comfortable. No TV remote and no key to lock door if I was in the bathroom or kitchen area

the shared bathroom was awful, sink had a massive hole that had been badly patched up, shower was in the bath where the tiles were all liften and broken, flooring was very poor.

The purpose of this stay was choir practices and an actual concert on Saturday Evening.. The bungalow was warm and welcoming. It was in the countryside on a steep hill with good views facing south.

It was well sign posted but it was on a diifferent road. The well known part of Clevedon Rd is a b road lower down the hill ,this place is on a short drive off the road to Falfield. Nailsea Village is small town or village about 2 miles away on the lower rd. This was not an ideal place to stay in SNOW and in the afternoon at about freezing point , it was not a good place to wait for the owner to return.After arriving early in day light (waiting over an hour) froze went to the nearest pub near Falfield to get wifi and email him. Answering immediately (within in half an hour the friendly and helpful owner understood I was on my way to choir practice and would not been home to 23.00hrs. He did know his guest wifi Password so no internet in the bungalow.

Dino, the proprietor, is absolutely lovely; the place looks like an Italian villa. Very nice room with tea and coffee, no problem leaving super early for airport, which is 15 minutes away.

WC is not in room, and wash basin in room is very low..

An amazing house with a fantastic view over the valley. Reasonably sized rooms with good facilities and comfortable beds. The hosts are helpfull and friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them during our stay.

He confirmed my reservation, when I arrive the property he was on shopping. I waited 1 hour for him. When he came back, then told me there is no room left even though my reservation confirmed and payment taken. I had to search and find another place just minutes before dark fall. So unprofessional, This host never care about what people will go through because of his own mistake.

Unprofessionalism, careless, bad communication. lack of emphaty
