The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was made to feel like a friend rather than a paid guest

The room has a very good small bed and a glass reading table very comfortable for work and a beautiful front view from the window is really nice.

Broken tiles, cracked sink, in the bathroom,the curtains would pull right across the window, no bedside lamp, unfinished paint on the walls of bedroom

Nice room , friendly and pleasant area.

Very clean room, solid bed with nice bedding and black out curtains. Easy parking and friendly host. Cheapest in the area so can’t complain. We got back at midnight so was worried about getting in but it was open

Hard to find, rubbish wooden sign you will drive past looking for it as you don’t see it until you are level. Steep turn into the driveway up to the house, my car is lowered so it scraped but normal suspension I,m sure is fine. It is a lived in house or feels like it, was a little confusing which bathroom was for guests and which looked like the residents own, could do with signs on the doors.
