Comfortable and warm and very handy for the centre of Whitby

Noisy neighbours upstairs and no hand wash or shower gel but 3 lots of shampoo/conditioner

Spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Good room temperature with option to heat up if necessary and the windows open if you need fresh air in ... not always the case. Decent hairdryer in room

Should have paid more attention to the reviews detailing lots of steps ... a bit beyond me on arriving but young man from the restaurant below carried my bags for me. In the bathroom there were 4 little bottles of shampoo but no shower gel and no soap in the dispenser. Also no plug for wash basin but am aware that could be a cultural thing (Muslim) Shower door quite difficult so didn't apply too much force in case I broke it. No milk for putting into drinks but staff downstairs happily brought me lots on request. Window in room looked out over the street and there were good dark curtains but no blinds for extra privacy so if getting changed in the main room I had to close the curtains or stand in or near the bathroom
