It was clean and warm (even with -13° mornings). The water was hot, so showers weren’t a problem.

Seems the property was renovated not long ago, everything were new, clean and tidy. It was a pleasant staying in the property. Property is close to bus station and easy to reach. Property owner was always caring and helping.

Absolutely perfect, location is just 30mins from the van drop off places. Surround by beautiful view. There's private bathroom in every room, it was so clean and the owner was super friendly, help us in every aspect , arrange private car for us to Kolburi lake and even to Zugdidi train station by private car that cost us for only 300lari . Fair enough for 2.5hrs duration. Consider the fuel and also driver had to drive back to Mestia . Overall very good and recommended to everyone who visit Mestia, u won't get a better deal than this. Owner also kind enough to let us leave our luggage here when we are in hiking way to Ushguli

Great location in the centre with a beautiful view of the Svan towers and the mountains. Very comfortable room with a balcony. Great to have use of kitchen facilities including a fridge and kettle. Throughly enjoyed my stay here.

The location is central and close to everything you need Our room had a little balcony with a great view which was very nice. The room is comfortable and the host is kind, you can leave some luggage there if you go on the trek There's also a nice small shared kitchen if you want to cook something small or make coffee/tea

The location was good. The room was clean and the facilities were good.

Breakfast was not being served even by extra fee. The owner of the house did not feel good towards Muslims and her behavior was not friendly. Upon arrival, she asked for all the days of stay and did not accept dollars, and because of the weekend closure, it was not possible to exchange and we were under pressure.

Room is great and newly renovated with an amazing mountain view. It's also quiet, facing (at least our room) the backside of the building so that the street noise won't be heard

We told our host that we came with a normal car and we will need a transfer to Ushguli from Mestia because the road is bad and a 4x4 would be needed. She arranged the transfer promptly for us which was good. The transfer went well, but she also could have told us that the road had been newly built and there was no need of a transfer anymore... So we paid at the end 200GEL for nothing...
