"It was excellent in most comfortable and stylish en-suite accommodation."

I liked the appearance of the room and the bathroom, it was very comfortably warm and with a heated towel rail. There was a very good shower. It was very useful to have a fridge. The location within walking distance of the sea was excellent and easy parking available in the pleasant road.

This is a wonderful room owned by a very lovely couple who accepted me walking into their actual gaf whilst half drunk asking for a can of lager from their fridge haha! Really nice stay, great location, great people - wonderful!

Great size and clean room. In a perfect location. The only downside is it could do with a toaster as it's not really equipped to make breakfast it wouldn't be such an issue if there was a bakery or nice coffee shop nearby to go and have breakfast. It would be nice to have bigger cups!!!

"Calm Christchurch base."

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee and breakfast facilities along with hot cross buns were a nice touch. Location for us was excellent as we were in Christchurch for a birthday party just a 10 minute walk away.

We were a little too warm on our first night, but this was soon resolved by switching off the towel radiator (which we hadn't seen you could do)
