"Great little spot"

A lovely little annexe to the owners house. Very clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Independent entrance, a small fridge with milk, water, croissants, tea, coffee, etc plus smart TV good WiFi and parking in the driveway. Would certainly stay here again if we were to return to Christchurch.

Nothing. Room was a bit warm overnight but we probably just didn't override the heating correctly. I'm sure if I'd contacted the owner we'd have sorted it but we were late back at night and away early.

"Delightful, and good to have off street parking."

Good location. Clean & comfortable accommodation. Loved the little extras. Nice to have a fridge - we ate in our room several times with salads etc.. Modern bathroom with spacious shower and plenty of hot water.

Dishcloth and an extra tea towel would have been helpful !

Lovely friendly hosts. Light airy clean & modern room. Quiet residential area with parking on driveway. Very comfortable bed. Excellent walk in shower room. Appreciated breakfast welcome pack & bathroom toiletries.
