Master accommodation suite 9 single room With roof top views

The bed was very comfortable and there was good facilities.

The only food was a fish and chip bar attached to it. Though I did know this before I booked. I do think mountain views are not true though, it is a hill.

Grest room, very quiet, comfy bed, luvly bathroom Nice extras.

Excellent room and location on the seafront next to George St. and the West Lift. Very helpful staff. lovely ensuite bathroom and comfortable bed. Great security! The owner very kindly let me keep my bags in a room in the Fish n Chips restaurant downstairs until my train, and offered me an excellent latté! I will definitely stay there again!

Perhaps I should book up on a lower floor next time as it was a tough climb up to the third floor due to my age, or more, my abysmal fitness level! One of the staff helped me with my bags!

It was not clear on the booking about the charges for my dog. Although in the small print ' charges may be applicable' these charges were not made transparent and I was shocked on arrival to be asked for £30 cash extra for the dog. this is twice what I have been charged at other properties and this made the accomodation overall less value for money.

Lovely stylish modern room, lovely bathroom, comfy bed, couldn't hear neighbours most of the time in the other rooms, Girls in restaurant very helpful and friendly.

Shower holder did not work and other holder broken, asked manager to fix it, but nothing done, cleaner changed duvet inner to very thin one, and was cold, couldn't speak English that well, and said manager had changed it! Very difficult to get thicker duvet like I had when I arrived and manager would not come to talk to you in person, it had to go via staff. Disappointing, need cleaner who can understand simple instructions and manager who will speak to you in person
