ゲストが合理的な希望すれば可能な限り聞いてもらえました。女将さんが全てです、分かりやすい英語を話します。娘さんらも愉快です。朝食は日によって若干内容に変化があるのは面白い、外のカフェではまず食べられないほどの充実感でした。 2階の廊下は共同スペースでテーブルと席があり、3階も見晴らしが良い。人が集まったのでワイナリーのデイトリップにオーナー親父のV8ランドクルーザーでかなり遠くまで行きました。その時によってコースは違います。私は酒飲みなのでワイナリーの工場の自由見学は本当に値打ちがありました。でも、その後のワインケーブWineCave自由見学はお金をドブに捨てるようなものでした。ここは行かずに外で待っていることを強く勧めます。既にワイナリーで全て見たので行く意味が全くありません。なお、ワイナリー見学とワインケーブ見学どちらも行くか行かないかは自己選択です。
