The place was disgusting. It was filthy. We asked for our money back. He said that we would get a full refund if I cancelled on website. However I don't think that's going to happen.

"The cotton avon"

Yes arrived at the avon room was absolutely filthy how they can put human beings in their I don't couldn't sleep in bed was rotten stayed awake all night we stayed overnight until we found somewhere else to stay we left straight away next morning

Everything about the avon is rotten n disgusting what we learnt all other person's there where refugees

No hot water from the shower and smoke alarm had plastic over it and kettle cable was damaged and dangerous
