Clean rooms, convenient for city centre, very good price and owners were helpful and pleasant.

Small but comfortable room. Host was very understanding and accommodating when I needed to park a rental car, and when a problem arose and I needed to adjust my room arrangements.

There is a small communal refrigerator and microwave in a closet on the first floor, but no real access to a kitchen. This is not really a drawback, because kitchens are an optional feature, and it's made clear in the description. Arrival and entry details could have been clearer, but since host was home when I arrived, it turned out there was no problem.

Very good price, absolutely worth it, and the location was great. Andrea was very helpful and accommodating of our late arrival and early departure times.

Parking is difficult (not helped by the LEZ, though that's entirely the city's fault!), and the tallest member of our party was not prepared for normal length beds!

The reception, the calmness and the good quality of everything in the room and services.
