Louisa is a very attentive and friendly host and the Hotel is very clean and comfortable, it is also very central for both bay's and the town.

We were on the top floor which was quite a climb, but to be fair to Louisa she contacted us before taking the payment for the booking and pre warned us I was very impressed with her honesty and consideration.

No lift lots of stairs to 4th floor

Louisa was extremely accommodating, from phoning us up before our stay to ensure we were ok with a room on the top floor with no lift to being extremely cheerful on check in and each morning during breakfast. It’s clear she’s very passionate about making each stay extremely enjoyable. Breakfast was lovely, efficient and ran like clockwork. Being quite a small B&B, breakfast was a nice chance to chat to other customers. Louisa gave great recommendations for what to do in Scarborough. The cleaning lady was lovely, and rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. The tea, coffee and refreshments in the room were great. Location absolutely fantastic! Everything brilliant!

Nothing everything was good

Great choice of food for breakfast which filled you up for the whole day. it was well cooked and catered to individual tastes and appetites. the location couldn't be bettered for us. We were in easy reach of the beach, castle, Peasholme Park and cricket ground and it was a pleasant and easy walk into South Bay. The view from the room was really good.

The english breakfast was very, very good. The location is good - we took a bath in the sea every morning. The room was very quiet.

Breakfast was well served but, we had to share a table with other guests , who were very annoying and spoiled our morning breakfast. We only wanted to eat in peace no chance of that and didn't get offer of another table to be on our own. Every other room had a table to themselves.

The room we had was far too small the window only opened a inch for air, the shower was absolutely useless. We had been told we were getting a sea front room with a bay window, but by the time we got there our room had been given to someone else. We found this out when there friends came to find them.
