Excellent location with stunning views. Free parking and great breakfast. Very clean and comfortable with lovely host.

Being on the 4th floor was a challenge with no lift but host had made us aware before arrival. Rooms are relatively small but very clean and comfortable.

Lovely location, and spectacular views. Our room and the whole building very clean. We were on the top floor and were warned about the 4 flights of stairs. Despite being in our late 60,s we managed them quite well. Louisa was really nice and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again if we returned to Scarborough, but maybe not on the top floor 😊

Very clean place, and it is an excellent location overseeing the North Bay in Scarborough. Great English breakfast included. Very accommodating host.

Car park on site could be a bit problematic at times when you need to move your car to let other people out of the car park.
