Sunrise House

The location was great. Aliki was a lovely lady, very welcoming. The room, although small, was spotless and had stunning views across the sea and harbour.

Amazing view from balcony over Parga harbour. There was a sliding glass door and shutter to the balcony so that you could regulate your temperature and also the air-con which we used about half the nights (September). The bar next door played gentle chill-out music but was pretty quiet and never a problem. Any evening music from the sea front bars in the distance could be shut out by the glass door. Alice's occasional baked treats were very tasty and saved us buying lunch or breakfast. The apartment was kept spotlessly clean. The location near the castle meant that we could easily go down to Parga or the other way over to Valtos beach. The shared kitchen was great for making a morning cup of tea!

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

Excellent choice for apartments ! It was a 2 week holiday in which my mom and I fully enjoyed our stay at Sunrise House, Parga and Valtos Beach. The apartments are located very well, in the middle of all things important. The host was absolutely amazing, very welcoming, kind and ready to help. The cleanliness of the room was on spot all the time; we appreciated the effort the host put in with such consistency. We highly recommend Sunrise House for an amazing holiday !

I can honestly say everything about our stay at Sunrise House was absolutely perfect for us - from the staff, to the room, to the location! Firstly, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! They always chatted to us and offered us really good and helpful advice and recommendations on what to do and which beaches to visit. They even surprised us with some homemade Greek cake a few mornings, which was delicious!! The room had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean (as much as I enjoy travelling, I’m always very particular about hotels as I like my spaces to be clean, but Sunrise House exceeded this expectation massively!) Finally, the location of Sunrise House is perfect - it’s located on a gorgeous street with the Castle of Parga, lots of gorgeous shops (and an incredible Greek bakery!!!), restaurants and cocktails bars on your doorstep! The dock where you can catch boat taxis to Valtos beach, Sarakiniko beach, Lichnos beach and many more is also just a short 5 minute walk away! (The hotel is up a good few steps but, as long as you’re able, the exercise is good for how much Greek cheese and cakes you will consume in your time in Parga!!) Overall, could not recommend this hotel enough - we were between a few hotels but we 100% made the right choice with Sunrise House and we will definitely return next year!
