Parking hard to find a spot

Very clean

Parking. While I understand that it is in the centre of the city and they rent it for their guests, it is very limited in comparison to the number of rooms. By 8PM the parking was full. Come later you will need to find available spots near the city centre. The fact that they provide it is amazing, but i would have paid more for a designated spot rather than worrying about it. Walls are thin, but it is common in Greece. The shower should have a curtain and a proper drain, all the water flows into the bathroom.

Very good choice for Marmaras centre

The breakfast was tasty and local but there are not many options to choose what you eat. If you are not a picky person, the breakfast will be perfect, for us it was enough! Also, the location is near the centre, and the sea.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof at all, you will hear everything, but this should not ruin your holiday. Also, if you are exploring the island and come back at the hotel after 6pm , you will not find the parking lot available, just on the street. (Tha AC smells a little bit weird but you don’t have to use this season)

This is a small family hotel in the city center, very quiet, cozy and clean, the breakfast was great, there are ~7-8 parking spaces provided by the hotel. The owners are very nice and helping, the rooms are small, but clean, the beaches are far away, that is why you have to plan traveling by car. The breakfast was good and a huge plus.

The wifi was weak but we were in the last room so I guess the router was far away. The parking spots are "first come, first serve", so if they are taken, you cannot park and have to look for spots elsewhere. The walls of the bathroom are thin, so you can hear "everything" someone is doing inside.

Everything was perfect - near the centre but not on the main street so there’s no noise, the room was clean, the towels and bed sheets were changed every 2 days, breakfast was good. If we’ll be back in Neos Marmaras, we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and near the restaurants and markets

The hotel really deserves the name Sweet Home. You feel like you are visiting your good friends. Facility was very nice, room was very well designed and equipped. They have private parking which is really important since the hotel is in the city center. And not having an elevator they have installed a lift system for the luggages so no need to worry if you have a room at the upper floors. Owner family was reallly kind, friendly and helping.
