Our hosts really were exceptional. They volunteered to prepare breakfast early on a day we had to leave early. They got me some ice for a sore ankle. The breakfasts were so abundant and delicious. The guest house was spotlessly clean throughout. Even the sheets had a lovely fragrance. Loved the shower. The best value for the cost!! They answered all our questions about Cornwall.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr netten Gastgebern Wir haben das Dunedin Guesthouse in Penzance im Rahmen unserer Cornwall-Reise besucht und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Gästehaus ist sauber und ordentlich, die Betten sind bequem und wir haben jede Nacht sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist solide und macht satt – die Auswahl ist überschaubar, aber für den Start in den Tag völlig ausreichend. Das Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme, auch wenn man merkt, dass es schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Kleinigkeiten wie die nicht ganz dichten Fenster fallen kaum ins Gewicht, wenn die Gastgeber so herzlich und aufmerksam sind wie hier. Wir sind aus Deutschland angereist und wurden von den Inhabern äußerst freundlich empfangen. Für einen entspannten, unkomplizierten Aufenthalt in Penzance eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Adresse!

We loved our time at Dunedin Guest house. The room was big, quiet and beaututifuly furnished. The bathroom was spacious and everything was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked to our orders. Alternatives were available upon request. The hosts, Duncan and Shaline, are very kind and welcoming and they make the stay even more pleasant. Their hospitality is outstanding. The guest house is situated just a short walk from the coastline and public transport options are nearby. We had a lovely time at Dunedin and can highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean and spacious with ample amenities. The dining room was very pretty. The bed was very clean and comfortable too.

The hosts are very personable. The home is comfortable and located near the waterfront. The hot and cold breakfast was divine.
