It's a great place to stay — even better than we expected from the pictures. This cosy boutique hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Litochoro, at the foot of Mount Olympus. The city centre is a 10–15 minute walk away. (Be prepared for a bit of a climb on the way back!) The hosts, Sakis and Eleni, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The entire lodge and our room were gorgeous, featuring old stone walls. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly when switched on. Breakfast was exceptional, with lots of homemade dishes served buffet-style, as well as the option to order Greek yoghurt, eggs, coffee specialities, and so on. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and highly recommend this place to other guests.

Beyond the incredibly warm and welcoming host and the breathtaking views, the homemade breakfast was unforgettable (just thinking about the Greek yogurt makes me hungry all over again). The whole atmosphere was the perfect setting for a truly refreshing escape in the Greek countryside. I absolutely loved my time at Pali Litochoro and genuinely can’t wait to return!

Nothing really, the experience was simply beyond what I expected it to be.

Super freundliches Personal, ein phänomenales Frühstück (wird extra bezahlt) mit Produkten aus der Region, ein super schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber, Parkplatz immer und kostenlos direkt vor der Unterkunft. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Olymp zu erkunden (Fahrtzeit 0-45 min) und anschließend ins Meer zu springen (Fahrtzeit 15-20 min) Fußweg zu Restaurants 10-15 min. Ich wüsste ehrlich gesagt nicht, was man besser machen könnte. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt :)

Heerlijk!

The Inn was really lovely, and tastefully well-appointed. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, made and served by the owners themselves. We enjoyed the green and scenic location at the edge of the park, away from the busy center of town. The 10 minute walk down the hill to town was enjoyable.

Bed was too firm, but this is a personal and minor detail. Many people prefer a very firm mattress. Found the beautiful lobby uncomfortably hot during the time of our stay in late August, so we didn’t make use of it. Again, this is only a personal preference, as we were not very well accustomed to the extraordinary heat and humidity in Greece in late August 2025.
