Location and cleanliness of room
The bed and mattress were so uncomfortable. For the price really poor. The common areas, stairs, hall etc, carpet very old and did not look that clean.

The communication from Marianne was excellent and the keys and parking permit were exactly where she said they would be. The room was clean and fresh and had everything you could need.
I can't think of anything if I'm honest We will definitely be looking to book again when we come to the open air theatre again as is literally 10 minutes walk away

A Very warm welcome from Marianne
It was close to Scarboroughs shops and pubs but not 2 close it is a very quite street I had my window open all night and didn't here a peep

Location Comfortable rooms Clean
This was not in the control of the host but man hanging around outside entrance as we arrived who smelt of alcohol and asking if the host had left us a key in the safe. He may also have been staying and just generally enquiring but as two women arriving, this made us feel a bit uneasy.
