Lovely lady Marianne, made us feel extra welcome. No food offered here but a lovely sitting/dining room with kitchenette with a fridge to use plus everything you'd need to make a warm meal or you are allowed to bring food back to eat in. The mattress could have been comfier but all in all a lovely clean place with all amenities you'd need. No biscuits in room if you like to dunk in your coffee xx Thankyou Marianne x

4th time staying at this property and each time has been perfect. Warm and friendly welcome from the host Marianne every time! Clean, spacious rooms and comfy beds! Bonus that there is a communal kitchen with small fridge to prepare and store food. Property is in ideal location for visiting North Bay, Peasholme Park and North Bay rail station etc. We look forward to returning next year.

The room was very clean and comfortable and comuun area was very good for our our breakfast and evening takaway meals.
The misunderstanding of the room bed. I paid £60 extra believing that I had upgraded to a queen size bed but it wasn't a bigger bed just a bigger room..if I had known I would of just got a normal room....

A lovely traditional last minute two night stay Marianne was a ball of energy and communicated well . Managed to find an easy parking spot and parking was free in the zone for 2 days. Nice walk to the beach and a nice walk or open top bus to south bay .
Nothing I knew it was a traditional stay a few dogs barking in the residential area but that not a property issue .

Very easy check in, ( our room was ready so checked in at 12.30pm) Everything as should be, great value for money, very clean hotel and rooms Would recommend to anyone This was my second stay
