Maestro Apartments Faliraki

We had a truly fantastic stay at Maestro Apartments! We arrived at 10am, having travelled the entire night, and were immediately offered a welcome coffee and to check in, even though standard check-in time is at 13h. The staff was amazing and very hospitable - many, many thanks to Taylor and Elena! You made sure that we feel at home and very welcome. The breakfast was excellent, you can pick from the menu full English, continental or custom made - they offer a variety of choices. On top of that, they offer 20% discount in their restaurant to apartment guests for other meals. The room was spacious - though we booked a double room, we got a triple. The beds were very comfortable and the AC working perfectly. Free coffee and tea bags were replenished daily. The cleanliness was great. The location is superb, 200m away from the beach, and at the heart of Bar Street, which is packed with cafes, clubs, restaurants and souvenir shops. It can get somewhat noisy in the evening as the music can be loud, however our room was facing the yard so we had no problems sleeping. The bus stops to Rhodes town (ticket price: 2.5eur one way) and the airport (ticket price: 3.5eur one way) are within 2 minutes walking distance. Great value for money and we will definitely come again!

The only downside was the bathroom, the shower curtain was not long enough and water was dripping outside the cabin and accumulating in the centre, but I guess this can be fixed. If it wasn't for this, we would give a straight 10 in the review.

The location was perfect, right on the club street of Faliraki, close to all the restaurants and the beach.

Every night the music played until 1:30 AM, and the whole room vibrated from the noise. Also, the toilet was loose, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it right away.

Staff were nice and rooms are clean.

We were not informed anywhere in the description that this accommodation is located directly above a nightclub. This crucial information only became apparent upon our arrival, when we had to enter the club itself to collect the keys. With two young children, we would absolutely never have booked this accommodation had we known about the nightclub beforehand. Upon receiving the keys, we were offered earplugs and told the music would continue until 1:30 AM. Beyond the noise, the entire room vibrated from the club below. We believe the host simply needs to clearly state this in the description to prevent other guests from being misled. Additionally, the room was extremely hot, and there was no way to cool it while we were out.

The property is convenient in regard to the night life. Apartment was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The noise level at night, especially if planning on having an early night it can be hard to sleep.

An amazing environment — the beach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is incredible ❤️ The owner invited us for an evening cocktail, and on the day we arrived, we were offered complimentary water and coffee. Wonderful people work here who are truly focused on your comfort. 10/10000000

Loved everything from day one. The staff - both day and night shift - were incredible. Along with the owners, they really made us feel so welcome. Such a good energy from the people here. Something that really makes you want to come back to. Food is great, the beach is only a minute away, and alongside you'll have everything you need - market, bakery, late night food. Rooms are getting cleaned every day, you'll have water, coffee and tea available in the room.

It was extremely noisy until 1am. We could not stay there the 4 nights we booked and left after 1 night and booked somewhere else. The noise is not mentioned in the description in booking. The accommodation will not refund those nights and claim that I should have read all the 150 reviews in booking in order to know this and it is my problem. It is very disappointing that the accommodation does not value a customer, even an unhappy one and refund. In general the room was disappointing, the "balcony" faces onto the tin roof of the adjacent structure, not that i was looking for an amazing view, but this was the dumps.

The hospitality of the staff was incredible, breakfast was always delicious, the room had a big balcony and a comfortable bed, cleaning was done every day.

First of all, lighting in the room was bad, specially in the bedroom. Nightstand should have a lamp. The room we had was just above the dancing floor and was noisy.
