Les hôtes ont été d’une grande générosité, très bon sens de l’hospitalité. Nous avons eu de bonnes explications et recommandations des choses à faire aux alentours. La chambre était grande et propre. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande la chambre mais aussi leur restaurant se situant à 2min à pieds, très bonne nourriture.

Buona la posizione, a 10 minuti di auto da Matala. A piedi si raggiunge anche il centro di Sivas che ha una piccola piazzetta con ottime taverne. Lo staff è molto cordiale e mette a proprio agio l'ospite. I proprietari ci hanno offerto anche la colazione per il primo giorno, molto apprezzata e di buona qualità. Al termine del soggiorno abbiamo ricevuto anche una busta di the per infuso, un regalo molto apprezzato.

Ribadendo che lo staff è stato veramente gentile, devo comunque indicare ciò che non ho apprezzato. La struttura sicuramente ha una buona qualità prezzo, ma è un po' lontana dagli standard italiani. L'appartamento ha un arredamento molto basico. L'aria condizionata ha un costo aggiuntivo di 7 euro al giorno che ritengo un po' troppo dispendiosa. Noi avendo 2 stanze e un appartamento, per le stanze abbiamo acquistato il servizio di aria condizionata, in quanto il ventilatore a pale a soffitto non era sufficiente per dormire, mentre per l'appartamento abbiamo utilizzato il ventilatore a terra. Dal punto di vista dell'arredamento occorre sicuramente migliorare l'allestimento in quanto è presente un solo armadio. Per soggiorni brevi ok, ma per soggiorni lunghi di una famiglia non va bene. Noi siamo stati costretti a lasciare i vestiti nelle valigie, in quanto non sapevamo dove posizionarli Il bagno non è finestrato e ha una doccia con tenda, quindi il pavimento rimane spesso bagnato. L'appartamento n.2 al piano terra è dotato di tende poco coprenti e abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà perché tutta la struttura ha le finestre sul passaggio che conduce agli altri appartamenti. Le pulizie sono state fatte in maniera molto veloce una sola volta in 7 giorni, ma magari non era un servizio compreso.

Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants, le petit déjeuner est très bon, la chambre propre, simple, fonctionnelle. Il y a un ventilateur de plafond très appréciable en été. La cour intérieure et la terrasse où est servi le petit déjeuner sont très jolies.

Nous n'avons pas eu le logement que nous avions réservé. Nous avions réservé un appartement mais à notre arrivée on nous a dit que c'était complet. On nous a donné une grande chambre à la place et en contrepartie on nous a offert le petit déjeuner et on nous a permis de faire la cuisine dans la cuisine de service. Les propriétaires ont donc tout fait pour compenser cette erreur.

The guest house is slightly out of the centre but is well signposted. There is plenty of parking opposite, and it is an easy walk into the town if you want to have a meal or go shopping; The family, Michaelis, Georgia and their mum, are delightful and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. This is a real family home and very local in style and facilities. so do not expect matching furniture or a pillow menu! This is simple but honest accommodation, with hot water, excellent WiFi and a delicious breakfast using local ingredients including fruit and jam from their own garden. There is a sense of calm and peace, and the feeling that the cares of the world can wait until tomorrow. The guest house does not provide evening meals but recommended a visit to Mr Mo's tavern in the village which is owned by Georgia's husband. We had a tasty dinner at a very fair price and would recommend other guests to try this tavern on the main square, even though it has plenty of competition, the service was friendly and efficient. It would be a pleasure to return to both the guest house and the restaurant.

Nothing. This is simple accommodation but typical of real Crete rather than the big tourist hotels.
