"overall in this price range is a good deal"

its located on a quiet street, has a garden with flowers and quite cozy and tidy, beautiful flowers inside, fair price in a calm town, the was a kitchen with everything you need, some shops and Telavi bazar not too far, 15' walk from mashrutka minibus station, close to an interesting museum and fortress

our room was a bit dark and needs some brighter colours and lightning, three was a bad smell in the bathroom, neighbours where building another guest house and noisy during daytime, balcony was also bit dark and roof cover was grey asbestos material witch is a cancerous one and its banned in all Europe..but everyone there is using it.

Love from the first sight. Cosy georgian lifestyle, very comfy almost village atmosphere but very modern.
