The advert says parking is available after you confirm and make the payment, you will receive a message that parking is first come first serve. And you cannot cancel the booking nor you get a refund. This is misleading customers in terms of facilities due to misrepresentation of the property advertisement. I am very disappointed.

Didn't have breakfast. The accommodation was nice and bed was comfortable.

"Very expensive for what you recive!! I wouldn’t recommend staying there!"

On arrival could not get in as given the wrong code by booking.com Dirty toilet! There was pubic hair and urine on the toilet, left over food from last guests on the table, TV Ariel was broken. Dust all over the sides. Very poorly cleaned. Pillows were flat as pancakes.

"Excellent value for money in Inverness"

Everything worked as advertised, and the property had a nice garden.

It wasn’t as close to the station as I initially thought, but this wasn’t a dealbreaker. Everything in Inverness is within walking distance.
