The check-in, late and difficult, be sure to have battery. The room was more than small, no room for a single cupboard or chair to put our belongings. For the money paid you would also expect a WiFi, not the s*** we had. The maintenance was far from diligent. It was absolutely clear that its concept is to make money BUT without thinking on the guests. And it was not a budget room…

Good location, value for money, airy room, perfect for 3 people.

It was comfortable. Approximately 10 min walk to the center. Place was good enough except no TV signal.

Having to spend over an hour back and forth messaging the hotel, after I had already paid . I don't carry ID. They wanted that. I had just booked 2 places the last 2 days before,via booking and no issue with them at all. I had to get a stranger to take a picture of my online rail card, which didn't allow screen shots . Then I took a picture from their phone. Very embarrassing and stressful. Also NO TV signal. They wouldn't come out to sort it. I had planned to stay in and watch it Saturday night after waking all day especially to the Cullendon battlefield which took me 3 hours to get there.

The house was within easy walking distance of the town centre.

The price was over the top. The booking system is ridiculous, anyone would think you were staying in a top secret government underground bunker which needed top level security clearance to enter.

The TV did not work. Switch on but cannot find any channels. Cutlery- 3 plates with one table spoon. No knife, no fork.

Had everything we needed. Close to town centre.

Very tiny ensuite.
