The location was very good. It provided what I needed.

We could not get in using the code provided. Neither could other guests who arrived at the same time. We were saved by a kind gentleman from across the street. Once inside the front door, no other problems. What if he didn’t help? I didn’t have wifi. The apartment was fine. The double bed was very springy and uncomfortable. The bathroom extremely small, but functional. I am not a large person. I think the price( cleaning fee) was pretty steep for what we used. The location was perfect.

Clean and tidy. Relatively well presented. Just pity it’s a call centre for the staff and obviously no one attending the location to check on it.

The location was good....easy access and pretty secure.

Price wise found it little more expensive than should have been but otherwise good place to stay.

What you'd expect: a nice small room with a bath and a warm bed.

The bath was a bit old and moldy, could be cleaner - found a few hairs in the shower and on the bath floor. Location not too bad but quite far from the center.

Convenience to town, river Ness walk and supermarket only 2 mts walk away.

Bathroom too small, bed too soft. TV didn't work and no one around to ask how to work it.

if you are looking for a place with mould and a bunch of snails in the kitchen, you have come to the right place the place was dirty the only thing that was clean was the bed cover Otherwise there was a terrible smell all over the place - my recommendation find another place to stay inn

No people on check in. Just come in with the keycode you received.

In the hallway was quite the smell. But not in the room it self.
