Clean well presented modern room . X3 nice pools. Very good WiFi. Lovely breakfast and choices by the pool. Reception staff and bar staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Would have been more private to have a frosting on the shower/bathroom window as it looked out over the apartments next door.

A wonderful hotel with great staff. Overall one of the favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Anywhere.

We loved everything about our stay at Mrs Armelina. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the amenities were top quality.

For myself and my personal opinion, the bed was very very stiff and uncomfortable. However that was just myself, my partner was fine but if I could suggest an improvement, it would be the beds

Multiple pools on the property, location was great and all the staff were lovely and accomodating

Blackout curtains in the bedroom could add more privacy

Good location and the private jacuzzi were the only pros.

Property and facilities are very outdated and do not match expectations of a 4 star hotel, nor the photos displayed on their site. We had requested an upgrade of the room from Mr & Mrs Armelina to Mr & Mrs White, however the room was just as outdated, smelled of mould and did not make up the value for the significant price increase. We managed to get moved to a newer room which was much better however there were still issues like shower drain not working at all, the bed and pillows being very uncomfortable and our bed sheets not being changed.

The only thing that could be different , was the pool opening hours .
