We hired a car and I knew that parking close to the old town was difficult. I dont know what more you can do other than to provide more information on the area where you are able to park

Sijainti oli erinomainen lomanviettomme kannalta ja näköala parvekkeelta loistava. Majoitukseen ei sisältynyt aamupalaa, mikä sopi meille hyvin, sillä lähellä oli runsaasti vaihtoehtoja brunssille. The room is large and bright, well designed and with a fabulous view. Super clean and comfortable. The location is so central that we expected it to be noisy but the excellent double glazing keeps it quiet. We checked in early with the sister hotel Domus Renier, who kept our bags until the room was ready and again when we checked out, also booking us our airport taxi and providing someone to take our luggage to the square 5 minutes away for the taxi, which was a bonus. Only stayed one night but would have enjoyed staying for longer, maybe next time.

The stairs up to the room are long and steep, a bit awkward with large cases, but to be expected in a historic building.

It is excellent. Excellent location, great staff. The room was refurbished and new, clean and comfortable. Excellent views and located right by the water with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around.

Parking was an issue.

I can’t even begin to describe how wholesome and special this place is. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Venetian Harbor in Chania Old Town. You’re surrounded by charming restaurants, lively bars, and picturesque views, yet the room was incredibly well soundproofed. Once we closed the balcony doors, it was peaceful and quiet despite being in the busiest area. The space was spotless and beautifully renovated with a chic, modern design that still preserved the charm of the old town. Every detail felt thoughtfully done. Communication with the host was seamless and professional. We’ve traveled extensively around the world, and this is genuinely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended!
