Location is good near to city of Batumi. We are a team that accommodates the 14 rooms at Linda House. The place is good .

Nice family house. We were received well, a change after being conned by others in Batumi (the Orbi lot) The host Georgi organised us a wonderful outing for the day, as well as transport to the Turkish border

Very nice place, friendly owners, nice terrace and yard. Rooms and not big, but the terrace kind of compensates that. Exceptional coffee made by the owner - better than any coffee shop in town! :)

Water from the shower in the bathroom goes just to the foor - no shower cabin or curtain. So the floor in the bathroom is always wet - and sometimes even in the room, need to watch this out.

There are small grocery stores nearby. There is also an equipped shared kitchenette and a fridge. It is also possible to wash clothes.

Nice place. Very helpful owner. Everything clean. We spent 3 nights here and from the accommodation we drove our own car to tovn.
