Very conveniently located and good space for Car parking. The elderly gentleman owner was absolutely professional, friendly and welcoming.

FOOD Although there wasn't an explicit mention about limited or unlimited food, only the toasts were unlimited. They wouldn't serve more than 2 hash browns per person and that further reduces to one if you also would like to have a sausage. ROOM SIZE Its more suitable for a couple and not a family. Bathroom door couldn't fully open because of the kids' bunk bed. Hardly any walking space inside the room. CARPETS Carpets were cleaner but smelled funny as soon as you enter the room. They should perhaps shampoo them or atleast use a room freshener.

food good they were so nice and friendly also there is a salon go here if your going to isle of wight beach is near and i had options for food the room was big the beds comfy even though i wasnt home it made feel comfy and safe This trip was extravagant and i certainly will never forget my experience here PS: I ATE LOTS OF FOOD AND SPENT TOO MUCH MONEY

Dirty bathroom

The room was clean with own ensuite.. Beds were comfy as was the the bunk bed which my 7 year old niece loved. Breakfast was amazing with unlimited toast. Area was right next to the beach which was great

Said there was two bunk beds but only one was there. But still survived.

The hotel was a short walk away from beach, shops and the bus stops were near also. The hosts were lovely, friendly people. The breakfast was good. I was asked every day if I needed anything for the room, clean towels etc. The hotel is a bit out dated, but it suited my needs as I was only on a short visit.

Stayed in a small single bedroom, it was quite stuffy and hot at times, was able to open bedroom window, which helped slightly, the window in the bathroom did not open at all, I think if it did this would have been an advantage. The pillows and mattress could of been a bit better.
