We love the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, when we enter the house it smells fragrant and we're welcomed by very nice staff

"Overated B&B but fine"

Very good location for this basic b&b accomodation. Clean and confortable room but not corresponded to the price. Disagreable toilet and shower. Coffe/tea facilities.Close to all amenities. Staff very kind and helpfull

Clean and tidy, owner was very helpful….good location and free parking if you can get a space on the road opposite the hotel…..

Property was was fine but I think the previous reviews should be removed or edited for the fact they all speak of breakfast, the hotel has obviously changed hands and no longer offers breakfast…..

"Lovely cosy guesthouse in fab location!"

Cosy, traditional and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Good location on a quiet street but very close to town. Owner was available if needed but not intrusive.

There was quite a list of rules in the room which felt a little over the top, one of which included what food we could eat in the room and significant penalty charges if broken, which felt controlling. It may have been due to stains on the bedding in the past which I understand could be troublesome, but maybe a tray or side table could rectify this.
