The low price was extremely good but you can certainly see why

When I made the booking it stated there was a tv in the room and wifi. There was neither at the property which was disappointing to only find this out once I arrived for my stay

First it took 3 times to find the right key for the room 2nd smells of damp 3rd no on sweat 4th shower not working

All of it will not recomed it

I do not recommend this place and I would give zero stars if possible. We suffered so much distress here. It wasn't staffed and there were so many issues that were ignored. • Our door didn't lock at all. They ignored me and it didn't get fixed or looked at. • Our cold water tap didn't work, the hot one was barely working and cold • There is mould on the ceiling of our room and the bathroom. My son was coughing all night. • I ended up with low oxygen levels and high breathing rate, it put stress on my body and made me very unwell • The toilet and landing smell like dog pee • The mattresses were stained with blood and urine/sweat • Mattress springs had gone so it was sagging badly in the middle. We have really sore backs now. • Sheets were stained • White stains on carpet and walls and beds • The towels smell disgusting • There is poo all over the toilet • There's no staff around either hotel • The walls are dirty • Wallpaper peeling • Picture glued on wall • TV doesn't work, no remote • No WiFi despite being advertised • Drawers were disgusting inside and out • The shower downstairs is absolutely disgusting - Someone left sick in the shower when we arrived and so the germs from that were accumulating in the heat for days • Our shower doesn't work so we haven't been able to wash for 4 days and with the heat, we are disgusting We have more photos and videos but there isn't enough space to share.

No tv paper hanging off wall light fittings haging off ceiling shower not working and communal area smells like a public toilet

Wallpaper was filthy, damp, shower not working , bed uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Getting my room key from another location was OK but the reception staff were rude
