Apart of poor sound isolation in the room, all was exceptional. Great value for the money. Highly recommend.

* Matratzen ziemlich dünn und durchgelegen * Sauberkeit am Boden/Bad... * Wendeltreppe ist nirgends (außer in Bewertungen) erwähnt...für uns Problemlos, aber mit viel Gebäck oder für ältere Leute fast nicht machbar * Beleuchtung im Schlafzimmer sehr schlecht

The location was perfect.

In general it was good. The feedback that I give is: Really slow internet with 10 mbps max download speed. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom. The space was very narrow between the table, the wardrobe and the fridge and it wasn't convenient to work on my computer on the small table.

Obiekt ma swoje lata , ale jest skromny i posiada wszystko co należy do odpoczynku. - Świetna lokalizacja 5 minut na piechotę do miasta w Splicie i 15 do portu.

- Czajnik wymaga wymiany w jednym pokoju. - Było, by pięknie gdyby była jakaś skromna kuchnia, by przyrządzić śniadanie czy kolację.

This was a fantastic location, so close to the sights and the coast. It had great little supermarkets close by and so the fridge and table enabled us to have breakfast and a snack at our time. The beds were really comfortable and the shower pressure good. The owner communicated well with us and I also liked the little accessory box by the door in case you forgot something (hadnt) but I could see that it would be good.

As someone with limited mobility the spiral stairs did provide a challenge at the end of a long day. But I can see others not having a problem with them and for them it would the convenience and all the comforts would outweigh the spiral staircase.
