In the old town. Perfect for people who are a lot on the way in Rovinj. A lot of shops in the vicinity.

Only thing missing was a bigger trashcan.

Bad could be beter

Great location. We could walk to nearly all touristy spots, there was a little grocery store round the corner and many bars and restos around where the apartment was.

THE STAIRS UP TO THE APARTMENT. The woman met us near the apartment and did help us get the luggage up the stairs. The apartment was TINY. I did not think that this was what I had booked. I messaged the woman, and she said that was what we booked - a studio apartment. In the booking photos, it looks like just a couple of small stairs to get there. NO, check the photos below. We are in our 50s and it was really difficult. She said we could not change to ground level, as everything else was booked. I did notice one of their ground level apartments was empty most of the time we were there - a week. The steps are horrendously steep, if you can't handle normal stairs, you will not be able to deal with these.

Perfect location right in the heart of the old town, everything is walking distance from here. Nearest swimming point is only 3 minutes away. The room is very small but it was very clean and has everything you need, even a mini fridge. Also very helpful hosts prepared to answer all your questions.

The street is very noisy, so pack your earplugs

Cleanliness was top of my priority and I was completely satisfied with that 100 percent couldn’t find a problem. My hoist was so friendly and helpful .

Maybe a double bed and not two singles but again probably my own fault for not checking but the bed and linens were extremely clean and fresh .

Most things, especially the included fridge, shower and staff.

Ground floor meant passer-bys could be easily heard. Apart from noise, no problem.
