The locating was excellent, the host was very accommodating, the unit it self was small but sufficient and clean Enjoyed the little patio

Situation idéale, accès facile. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de parking réservé ni gratuit... Pas d'ascenseur non plus. À part ça, rien à dire!

Lovely old building, very rustic with an old movie feel and easy to find if you follow the town wall on the outside till where you'll see tour coaches pick up/drop off with a small bridge/tunnel beside it, the apartment block is though it and located 100' on the right. Apartment is on the second floor up some well walked steps and worth a photo 📸 Met by one of apartment hosts who spoke excellent English, very polite and informative. Room is everything you need, not overly big but a great base for Old Town. Selection of teas or coffee and a few sweets was welcoming!! I slept great, room was comfortable without having the air-conditioning on which I personally don't use and public noise outside from restaurants ect was minimum. Zadar was probably one of my favourite places in Croatia so far. If you're happy dining out and looking for a place to chill and relax with a great view to people watch over coffee, definitely worth a stay!

Toaster, I'd loved a toaster for breakfast

Hospitable landlord, warm personal welcome, very well prepared accomodation. Beautiful, clean, modern, cosy, recently refurbished room and bathroom with all amenities needed for a shorter city break. Special attention to detail. No kitchenette needed (though you have a fridge with welcome water, kettle, cups, spoons) as you have a highly rated restaurant on the groundfloor nearby. Very convenient location close to the historical city centre, sea with sea organ, passenger harbour, airport and city bus stop, yet not loud.

The accommodation itself was flawless. However, note the room is on the second floor without lift what might be considered by disabled guests with very heavy baggage. The historical building is located in the vicinity of another building what is normal in historical centres in the area. Thus our room didn't have any spectacular view of the sea or church with nice small park with bust which is just across the road. New isolated windows and own air-conditioning doesn't let in noise from other air-conditioning. There is Arsenal nearby, so there could be some weddings or celebrations over the weekend. This is no issue with closed windows at all.

We stayed for two nights in Zadar at the Rooms Tisa Old Town, having booked a Comfort Double w/Balcony and City View and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were greeted by the lovely Marija on our arrival. She made us feel very much at home and gave us a map where the main sites were shown. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The facilities were just as were listed online. The balcony gave a lovely view out to the old town and the park in front of the building. The bed was very comfortable and we had two nights of really good sleep.  The accommodation is within a very short walk of the ferry boats terminal, where you can also find the local No. 2 bus terminus. The airport bus also leaves from the same bus stop.  Walking around the Old Town is very easy as everything was so close. The well-known Sea organ and light installation is only about 5 minutes away . There are lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and next door the Primavera restaurant give a 10% discount for people staying in the Tisa Rooms. We would recommend the Morita Cafe on the other side of the park for breakfast. It was truly gorgeous - the breakfast fruit bowl was superb - and it was reasonably priced. Zadar is a very nice town with lots of wonderful boats and yachts to see passing by. A trip to the local Islands was particularly good. We would definitely recommend a stay with Marija in the Tisa Rooms.

Everything went well, as soon as we arrived the hosts were there ready to greet us with lots of information and where to go with the help of a handy map. The view from the balconies were perfect and the room was absolutely spotless. Nothing was a bother with so much choice on what to do, where to go we could have easily filled a week. We visited a small fishing island and walking around Zadar was easy, especially to the sea organs. It is just a captivating island and we all loved it, so are coming back to see more next year. Friendly locals too.

The taxi from the airport just dropped us on the outskirts of the old town so make sure they take you to your exact location as if you have suitcases it can be a bit of a workout.

Perfect location in the old town. All major sites within a short walk. Host was very friendly and informative about both the apartment and Zadar when checking in. Comfortable, clean, good shower.

The fridge in the room is loud, I turned it off at night so wasn’t an issue but if you’re buying much food bare it in mind.
