Really nice room in a great location in Zadar! Awesome little balcony to view the park and old town. Very helpful parking information before booking made everything a breeze! Would choose to stay here again.

Really good value. Has everything you need and a great location. Marie was so friendly and told us about area and must see places. The sweets, water, shampoo etc are lovely extras.

Our host Marija was so lovely! The room and bathroom were extremely clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. A perfect stay for a few days with a 2 minute walk from the Sea Organ and not far from the center of Old Town. Would definitely stay again.

Parking is limited in front of the building and you will have to pay for parking regardless. The smaller the car, the easier the parking in Old Town.

Lady Maria was an amazing host. Really nice, welcoming and friendly. She gave us a great room, tips on where to eat and what to see. The location of the place is great in the old town, close to everything. The room was sunny ☀️, clean and comfortable.
