Good location, bed was comfortable. There was space for our suitcases and the staff was nice and helpful!

- the standard of the room itself and the light decor of the little hall to it were good - the location - when called for instructions how to check in, the owner sounded really nice and efficient when giving info

- I was a bit shocked when I realised the room was in fact in a basement (below the pavement level); there was a small window and when I opened it, I could see the feet and lower parts of legs of the people walking by!! I didn't like it and if I had known this, I wouldn't have booked the place - the remote control for the air-con didin't work properly and we were unable to change the temperature on it; the temperature dropped in Zadar on that day and it was chilly in the room with the air-con on, however, opening the window wasn't really an option - see above - wi-fi signal was poor and I had to go out to connect to the internet - the owner sent me info on how to get to the property when I was on my way to Zadar, on the plane, so I didn't get it in time. As I only used wi-fi in Croatia, I had to call her for instructions - it really would have helped if she had sent the instructions the day before - why didn't she? - for the reasons mentioned above, I think the room was definitely overpriced

great location. the room is well decorated, the bathroom too.

the room smelled very bad. whether the air conditioning was on or off. damp and musty. the clothes all stank and this was a stage of the journey.

For the price that we paid, we expected that at least the internet in the room would work. We contacted the people, said they tested and/or fixed it and when we came back to the room, still no internet that worked, at least inside our room. As we needed to do some things that night, we had to go out again to search for a place with good WiFi.

Location is good everything is super clean and tidy.

The fact that it is super small and in the basement which made it a bit unpleasant.

The room was central to everything,clean and comfortable. We came earlier than expected, and they were very accommodating. Let us put our luggage in and messaged us when the room was ready.

Being in the basement was very noisy of a morning, and the room didn't get cleaned or bedding changed over a 7 day stay as it wasn't in the price, apparently we asked for too much! Only had hand towels to get dried with after showering. We went out and bought extra bath towels and coffee.

The rooms are in a small street in the middle of the old town. Lots of restaurants, bars and a supermarket right around the corner. Although it was so central, we did not have any issues with too much noise. The promenade with a little market that’s open in the evening is also in close walking distance as well as a beach.

The room did smell like basement in the beginning. We bought lavender room- & textile spray which made it way better. The only negative thing about the room we were staying in is that the circulation is not super good. Especially after taking a shower the room became really damp and clothing that was really wet like a bikini for example never dried completely. Only towards the end of the vacation we noticed that the A/C has a drying mode which definitely made things a little better.
