The room was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The bed was very comfortable. The windows have very good curtains to keep the light away. We had a good rest. Unfortunately the place does not offer breakfast, but a very nice member of staff offered us a cup of coffee in the morning. The fact that the place offers a parking spot is invaluable in Labin!

Unfortunately there is a smell of mold in the staircase, which does not make you feel great upon arrival.

The room is recently renovated with facilities like a hairdryer and air conditioner. There is a kitchen downstairs with all that one would need for their stay

there was no bottle opener in the kitchen
