Báró Eötvös Loránd Menedékház

Fantastic lodge situated in a perfect area for hikers, right next to a viewpoint of all the nearby hills. The breakfast is very good quality and the choice is fantastic. Dinner was excellent too - plenty of traditional options like wild boar and goulash. Very nice staff also :)

Rugalmasan kezelték az érkezést. Az ágy kényelmes volt.

A szoba dohos, a takarítás nem tökéletes (porcicák, hajszálak). Bőséges reggelit ígértek. Szerintem nem az volt. 13 percet vártunk, mire megkérdezték, mit szeretnénk? Első nap megkaptuk a reggelihez tartozó agyoncukrozott teát, második reggel már "elfelejtették", ahogy a kenyeret is. A sonka-tojás mellé mutatóba kaptunk 2-2szelet 1 mm-es uborkát és 1-1 szelet 3 mm-es paprikát. A "kiadós" reggelit kiegészítettük saját készletből (zöldség, kenyér). A felszolgálók fölényeskedve sétálgattak mellettünk, mintha megsértettük volna őket a jelenlétünkkel. Akik nem ott szálltak meg, csak reggelizni érkeztek, hamarabb voltak kiszolgálva, mint a szállóvendégek.

Nagyszerű elhelyezkedésű szállás, fantasztikus személyzettel. A kommunikáció gördülékenyen zajlott. Nagyon hamgulatos a berendezés, az éttermi rész. A szoba tiszta volt, kényelmes ággyal. Ideális túrázóknak megpihenni egy éjszakára. A konyha is finomakat készít, külön hangulata volt a kültéri bográcsozásnak. Csak ajánlani tudom :) Visszajövök még ide.

Nem volt olyan ami nem tetszett inkább csak kiegészítésként egy vízforraló jól jönne a szobában :)

Can't say as we were unable to stay. See below

We were told that the latest check in was 19.00 and arrived at 18.40 having walked 32 km of the Blue Trail. The place was locked. The phone number given on Booking.com does not work as no one replies to it. I found a mobile number off the property web site and after a long time the person responded. He claimed that latest check in was 17.00, but I had an email message from them saying 19,00. I had also stayed once before and it was 19.00 then. He told me to go for a coffee and he would come in 2 hours. It was cold and we did not want to stay that long out in the cold after walking all day. We went to the yurts down the road and stayed there instead. I sent him a message (as he wouldn't answer the phone) saying not to bother coming as we had found somewhere else. To make matters worse, they then logged us as a no-show and now want to charge me €60 when they were the no show, not us. Blooming awful and lazy unhelpful staff.
