Excellent and friendly staff brilliant breakfast nice owners I would recommend this place to anybody

Excellent property the only problem is is not suitable for disabled people because of the stairs but they do have some ground floor rooms if you book early

"great place to stay close to clock tower"

Great place to stay which was convenient for shops, beach, theatre, amusements. Crazy golf and aquarium is situated just across the road, Comfortable beds with large rooms with ensuite shower, very good full English breakfast offered with a choice of fruit or cereals and a juice. Welcoming hosts who helped make the holiday enjoyable.
