Exceptionally high quality guest house. In a perfect location with only a short walk into the harbour and on a direct bus route to Paignton and Torquay. Excellent breakfast. Spotlessly clean. A friendly warm welcome.

"Wonderful stay in excellent accommodation"

Room was scrupulously clean and comfortable with lovely comfortable super king sized bed. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice and well cooked. The accommodation was right opposite to the bus stop which ran every 10 minutes down into town or to Painton and Torquay in the other direction. Helen and Paul were the perfect hosts. Could not have done more for us The bathroom was well equipped with a lovely walk in shower although it was on the small side if I was going to be picky

Wow wow wow our stay at fair winds was exceptional 😃 from start to finish. Helen and Paul are amazing hosts, nothing was to much trouble. The rooms and the house it self were so welcoming and comfy, extremely clean and beautiful presented. Breakfast was fantastic huge selection and quality meat . You won't be disappointed if you stay here we can't wait to go back.
