The location is great, very close to the beach, 1-2 minutes walking distance, restaurants really close, the closest is 1 minute away. The area is quiet, the apartment and facilities are very well maintained.

The location is just great, so close to Neos Marmaras beach. They have their own yard with private parking. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace.

The apartment is not luxury at all, it has some old furniture, little kitchen, little bathroom, yard not so perfect arranged, but for the price, it really is OK.
