Location and quality of facilities… with little extra touches

Had a very pleasant stay here at Porto Fino. The lady in charge, Sabina, was extremely kind and helpful.

So clean , close to the Beach Sabina is nice and helpful

Sabina was a very attentive and friendly host. The location, being in the centre of Arillas, was excellent. And the view from the room across the bay was wonderful.

The room was clean and well equipped and with a great sea view. We were able to book out later to accommodate our travel arrangements. All very helpful.

The owner was friendly and helpful, the studio was spotlessly clean, there was a lovely balcony with a sea view. She offered us an empty room to leave our luggage in on the last day.

The only minor thing was the shower, it was spotlessly clean but had a curtain which stuck to you while showering and there wasn't anywhere to hang up the shower head. I think we have been used to glass shower doors but I understand that studio apartments usually have a curtain.

Amazing location right on the beach. Quiet at the end of the season. Seconds walk from best restaurants in Arillas Super clean and comfortable beds. Mattresses are two sided: soft and firm. Bottom sheet is fitted (not common place) so it stays in place. Nice attention to comfort details that really make a difference. Apartment cleaned daily Lovely host; just ask and Sabina will provide. Beach towels, hair dryers etc.

Very small shower which is fitted with just a curtain ( typical for this area) which clings to your body and does not stop the floor from getting soaking wet. Communication through booking.com’s platform was not smooth.
