Sisi Guest House

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the hostess was wonderful – so kind and welcoming. Great value for money, we really felt we got more than expected. The local cat was such a lovely bonus, it made our stay even more enjoyable.

One small note: on the Booking map the location is shown incorrectly, the accommodation is actually in a different spot, so keep that in mind when planning your arrival. (Adress in the booking description is right)

Very nice host, was very open and helpful to us. Rooms are clean and the AC works perfect. Also 2 cats are pretty nice addition to the whole experience.

Lovely host and large comfortable room. Tasty breakfast cooked each morning. Very short bolt (4 lari) into town, or a 20 minute walk. The immediate area is residential and quiet.

The guest house is located cca 10 min from Colchis fountain. The room was tiny but good enough for 2 nights. The host was really nice lady, speaking Russian not English. We were happy about the breakfast, you won't leave hungry, trust me. :) If you look for a cheap accomodation not so far from city center with a good breakfast and you handle some imperfections, go for it.

I have to mentioned the stinky and constantly wet bathroom with a cold water in a shower. But the smell was probably caused by sewerage. Another guests told us, that they had a hot water, well we didn't (in summer it's not so crucial though)... The bed is comfortable, but we couldn't use the pillows - they are too hard and stuffed... Sadly, those pillows are quite popular in Georgia.

The hostess was very hospitable and waited for us as we reached the place very late at night. Mariam was warm and friendly. Sorry we couldn't converse more due to language problem.

The washrooms were separate from the bed room. This was quite a problem.
