Very friendly host. Communal kitchen made meeting fellow travelers easy. When we needed a wine opener, two men - maybe related to the host? immediately came to our aid. Gorgeous setting!

Friendly and responsive hosts. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. The room is clean, warm and cozy. I recommend)

Great staff. Double room view to yard and has private bathroom. The yard is beautiful and gree, and there are some chairs to sit. It has a good kitchen and dining table. The bed has clean linen and towels. The buliding has parking.

It is far from Stepansminda, if you dont have a car. The double bed was two twin beds beside each other, not good enough.

Booked room here because it's pet friendly. Quiet place with picturesque views not far from the road. The host is very welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean as well as common bathroom and kitchen.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was good and the house was clean.

The night we arrived, the house was already freezing cold. The host who didn't speak English showed us the extra blankets she put on the bed. The next day we had to wear two jackets indoors to keep warm (with an outside temperature from about 0 degrees). We then saw that there were radiators in every room so we decided to turn on the heat. It wasn't warm though but better. After a while the host stormed into the apartment and started to raise her voice in Georgian at us, pointing at the heating switch. She got very loud, unpolite and signaled us to wear (2!) jackets in the apartment instead. She talked about prices as much as we understood her and even brought our country into the discussion. We felt very uncomfortable and insulted. We texted her daughter about it, who was very nice and understanding. The host herself showed us how she would turn on the heaters afterwards. (We wouldn't have decided on rating the apartment if that would've been the end of all the fuzz with the host) But she turned off the heaters again after everyone went to bed, what led us to wake up at night freezing again, getting a nasty cold and having to sleep in jackets. In the morning she put all of our kitchen stuff on the table, checked our room even though we weren't even ready at that moment (it was 8 in the morning) and even though we weren't able to communicate it was clear that she wanted us out of the house. The whole situation felt like being scolded like children instead of being treated like well paying guests.

Very hospitable host. (he treated us upon our arrival)) The hostel is located very close to the main road but you can't actually hear any noise in the room. Common kitchen has all necessary stuff for cooking and serving the table. Nice comfortable room ) Definitely want to stay here next year again.
